The Genossenschaftsverband Bayern (GVB) is an umbrella organization for cooperative companies in Bavaria.
The goal of the GVB is to promote and disseminate the strengths and advantages of the cooperative business model, thereby contributing to the development of a high-performance, socially responsible economy. For the steadily growing company creative and unconventional job advertisements were designed to attract more enthusiastic employees.
The main focus of the design was on the use of vibrant colors to generate attention.
The illustrations I created for these advertisements consisted
partly of icons and letters,which I animated using Photoshop and Aftereffects
before adapting them to various advertising materials, both online and offline.
